NEW YORK, NY—Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC recently completed the following transactions:

    * A seven-year, 2,100-square-foot lease at 55 W. 39th St. for Perry & Joseph, LLC.  Joseph Friedman of Adams & Co. represented the tenant while Alan Sinovsky of Sinovsky Realty Services, LLC represented the landlord in the transaction.  Asking rents were $30 per square foot.
    * A five-year, 2,000-square-foot lease at 247 W. 30th St. for Seneca Design Co., Inc.   Nicholas Zagar of Adams & Co. represented the tenant while Philip Katz of Katz Properties represented the landlord in the transaction.  Asking rents were $32 per square foot.
    * A five-year, 1.793-square-foot lease at 42 W. 38 St. for Siddion Engineering.  Joseph Friedman of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and landlord in the transaction.  Asking rents were $30 per square foot.
    * A five-year, 1,645-square-foot lease at 34 W. 33rd St. for Yoka Showroom, LLC.  David Levy and Brett Maslin of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and landlord in the transaction.  Asking rents were $34 per square foot.
    * A five-year, 1,670-square-foot renewal and expansion at 10 W. 33rd St. for Image Fashion, Inc. David Levy of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and landlord in the transaction.  Asking rents were $39 per square foot.
    * A five-year, 1,454-square-foot renewal at 411 Fifth Ave. for JSP Interiors, Inc.  David Levy of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and landlord in the transaction.  Asking rents were $39 per square foot.
    * A three-year, 1,050-square-foot lease at 213 W. 35th St. for Medike Branding Solutions.  Nicholas Zagar of Adams & Co. represented the tenant while Sam Stein of Justin Management, LLC represented the landlord in the transaction.  Asking rents were $25 per square foot.
