Last week, Roger Meiners, a senior fellow a the Property and Environmental Center in Bozeman, MT and a professor of economics at the University of Texas, Arlington wrote an op-ed piece in the Wall Street Journal proclaiming the federal stimulus program directed at creating green jobs to be a "turkey."
